Adult Program

OPEN TO ALL LEVELS

Gi

Our gi class focuses on traditional techniques and strategies that utilize the iconic jiu-jitsu uniform—the gi. Learn specific grips, chokes, sweeps, and submissions that are only possible when training in the gi.

Beginners often gravitate toward the gi as the grips allow them to slow their game down. This class will help refine your skills and deepen your understanding of jiu-jitsu fundamentals.

Nogi

Our nogi class emphasizes modern techniques and approaches, focusing on body control and positioning without the grips and friction of the gi.

This class utilizes a broad range of instruction styles including technique demonstration and drilling, live work, situational training, and sparring.

Muay Thai

A form of kickboxing that focuses on punching, kicking, kneeing, and elbowing. Classes consist of technique, conditioning, and footwork.

MMA

Combining jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and kickboxing, MMA is a great self-defense base and complete martial arts system.

Workshop

Workshops are opportunities for students to ask questions regarding their own games and receive personalized feedback. These questions shape the class, meaning each session functions as a group private lesson.

When the club is in a competition cycle, a specialized comp class will take place instead of workshop.
